Bottle Washers in the Philippines

We have experience of installing the machine as it is the preferred solution for bottle washing and sterilization for our partner Ecopure Waters International for Hotel bottling plants installed in the Philippines.

The bottle washer is available in two electrical connections suitable for the Philippines. A single phase 220V 60 Hz unit and the three phase 380/400V 60hz unit. 

There are three programs settings on the machine which follow a three stage process to varying time and intensity. The machine starts with a soap wash followed by a sanitation wash. Sterilization is by a final rinse at high temperature. 

The Aquatech design includes interchangeable “manifolds” and matching “trays” that accommodate different size and shaped bottles. Each pairing ensuring that high pressure cleaning is completed internally and not just externally, which sets the Aquatech apart from dish washing machines.

As a guide, typical one litre bottles, wine bottles or Nordaq 750 ml bottles would fit in a 30 bottle tray, smaller bottles e.g. 350ml beer bottles may fit 42 bottles per tray.
